Open position: Researcher/senior researcher at Uni Research Rokkan Centre

The Centre aims to strengthen two strategic research areas: Management and innovation in the public sector and The future of health and welfare services.

Other key research areas at our centre is education, migration and social science climate research.

We seek applications from committed and enterprising young researchers, or from established researchers. Applicasts should have a social science background and preferably a Ph. D. Researchers at the Rokkan Centre must have good analytical skills, flexibility and ability to work both independently and in teams, including multidisciplinary teams. We employ a wide range of methods in our research, and it is an advantage that you master quantitative research methods such as experiments and analysis of registry data.

Applicants will be evaluated by their professional production, research profile, ability to attract project funding, interpersonal skills and team spirit. Excellent written and verbal abilities in English and Norwegian or another Scandinavian language will be emphasized.

Research at Rokkansenteret is project-based and mainly funded by external sources. Researchers at the Centre will initiate and conduct research in their area of ​​competence and initiate and participate in the development of research internally, and in cooperation with national and international experts.
