About this person

Karin Monstad completed her Ph.D. at The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in 2007. Following a post Doc position at The University of Bergen, department of Economics, she has been employed at Uni Research Rokkan Centre since 2010, where she headed the research group for Welfare and Health Economics in the years 2012-2016. Her research focuses on health and working life, health care use and social security issues, and the empirical analysis is often based on large administrative registry data.
