National Centre for Emergency Primary Health Care conducts research and promotes knowledge about emergency primary health care.
The Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services has established The National Centre for Emergency Primary Health Care.The Centre was opened in 2005 and is academically linked with the Department of Public Health and Primary Health Care at the University of Bergen and with the National Centre on Emergency Communication in Health.
Steinar Hunskaar, professor in General Practice, is the director of the centre.
