Research field:

Fish biology with emphasis on habitat use and potential exposure to salmon lice of sea trout. Fish migration, life-history theory, parasite-host interactions, behavioral ecology and fish biology.

During my MSc I worked on marine habitat use and potential exposure to salmon lice of Sea trout. Currently I am working on river restoration which includes assessment of fish habitats and spawning stocks, planning and execution of habitat measures and monitoring of rivers and fish populations.

Competence and skills:

Electro fishing, habitat assessments, counting spawning stocks (snorkeling/freediving), counting salmon lice, acoustics, PIT-tagging, R statistical software.
