About this person
Rebecca Lynn Radlick has a PhD in administration and organization theory from the University of Bergen (2018). Her doctoral dissertation examined the implementation of the introduction program for refugees. The main focus was on accountability relations between municipal caseworkers and other relevant actors in the integration policy field, and the effects of accountability mechanisms on caseworker coping behavior. Radlick is currently working with the project “Resiliency at work by and for at-risk young people: Digital innovations that promote social inclusion, health, and employment” in cooperation with The Center for Shared Decision-Making and Collaboration Research (Oslo University Hospital). As part of this project she is leading a pilot study which will assess the implementation and effects of a digitally enhanced mentoring program for multicultural youth. Overall, Radlick’s research focuses on accountability, policy implementation, and the integration of refugees and immigrants.
